The formations are 20-hour theoretical-practical workshops, where the ways in which complex trauma impacts the nervous system and how through trauma-sensitive movement and breathing practices can be rebalanced are explored. The program offers effective methods for the design of conscious movement and breathing practices with a trauma-sensitive approach and tools to support participants in their process as facilitators of the practice

Restorative practices are a social science based on innovative methodologies to build social capital and achieve social discipline through participatory learning and decision-making (Ted Watchel). Given the need for the processes with adolescents and young people of the Adolescent Responsibility System (SRPA) to be more participative, inclusive and dynamic, this training is started, providing the participants with fundamental elements to carry out a more effective work with the adolescent and youth population.
DIPLOMA IN PREVENTION AND HANDLING OF SCHOOL VIOLENCE -Integral yoga as a tool for school coexistance- (años 2013-2014-2015)
Esta intervención fue realizada en alianza con la Secretaria de Educación de Cundinamarca.
This intervention was carried out in partnership with the Secretary of Education of Cundinamarca.
The training is directed to coordinators of coexistence and psycho-counselors of the public schools of the department of Cundinamarca. The contents seek to sensitize and eliminate the knowledge of Law 1216 of 2013 for school coexistence and encourage the appropriation of simple tools from yoga for the promotion of healthy school contexts. We also seek to offer a space for self-care and self-knowledge of the participants to promote the creation of tools for peace in the new generations.
